Returns / Exchanges Policy
POLICY
- NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY.
NO CHANGES
- Due to the pace of our business, No changes can be made once an order has been placed. Cancelations can only be made for store credit
RETURNS
- Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping, unless the order was filled in error or defective. When returning, we recommend using trackable service.
- All Returns must be authorized via Authorization form
- RETURN ITEMS MUST be POSTMARKED no later than 7 days from the delivered date.
- Returns must be in original condition(unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make up stains with original tags & packaging). Sale items, Items labeled FS, Discounted items, Promo Items, Exchanged items, Sample Boxes, accessories, Sparkle, tights, stockings, bodysuits or swimsuits are FINAL SALE . These items are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Once we receive your returned goods, an E-Gift card will be issued to the email address on file. (E-Gift cards Expire within 1 Year) Items purchased with store credit will now become FINAL SALE, unless a mistake has been been on our end.
- Items sent back beyond 7 days are subject to a 30% RESTOCKING FEE.
